The Excalibur. The fabled sword of the one true king, returned to him by the Lady of the Lake. We have been very fortunate to be able to secure a really nice rig to start the build of the Excalibur. This is going to be our dedicated haul truck: we have a 12v Cummins to drop into this guy coupled up to a 10 speed manual transmission. That combo should give us lots of gears to play in and get this unit up to speed and keep it there.  Excalibur is a 1963 Chevy 1 ton that spent its life as a small grain truck back in the promised land (southern Saskatchewan) on a relative's farm; we rescued it to give it a new lease on life as our haul truck. This will be an unmistakable addition to the fleet once it is complete, and will definitely be a head turner and attention grabber when its rolling down the highway or putting along in the parades.
